Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer
Last updated: October 2026
Please read this page before acting on anything you see on Trading Insights. It explains the risks of trading and exactly how results and statistics on this website are produced.
1. Not financial advice
Trading Insights is an information and education provider. It is not a broker and does not hold or manage client funds. Signals, articles, lessons and statistics are general information, not personal investment advice or a solicitation to trade. Always do your own research and consider speaking to a licensed financial adviser.
2. Risk of loss
Leveraged products such as forex, CFDs on gold and indices, and crypto are volatile and can result in the loss of all of your capital — and, with some products, more than you deposited. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
3. No guarantee of results
Past performance — ours or anyone else’s — does not guarantee future results. Any win rate, profit figure or equity curve is a historical record, not a promise or forecast.
4. How results are recorded
- Statistics are calculated from the closed-trade log of our signal account(s) and refresh automatically.
- Records may be corrected where we identify data-entry, broker-feed or synchronisation errors; statistics update accordingly.
- Figures are not audited or verified by an independent third party.
- Pips and risk-reward ratios are calculated from recorded entry, stop-loss and exit prices.
- Percentages marked “est.” (for example weekly or monthly averages) are estimates from a simplified model that assumes a fixed 1% risk per trade. They are not real account returns.
5. Your results will differ
Entry prices on the website are the original signal prices. Actual fills depend on your broker, spread, slippage, execution speed and position size, and may differ materially. Live signals may already have moved by the time you see them.
6. Automated trading
If you use the EA or any automated feature in the app, you are responsible for your account settings and risk. Automation can magnify losses and is subject to technical failure.
7. Advertising and third-party content
The website shows advertisements supplied by third parties, embeds third-party market widgets and may link to other sites. These are not endorsements, and advertisers do not influence our signals. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work.
